Nirupam,
NGO's are the most corrupted Organizations in the world, they are exposed when SLA marched to East.Belonging's of NGO's were seen at LTTE camps.
NGO's in Sri lanaka are infiltrated with LTTE members.
NGO's are not interested of any Human or Civilian rights,If so they should mention LTTE acrostic's against civilians,Tamil leaders, political opponents and civil servants.
Why you miss Terrorist acts, that is called bias and racist.
All countries supporting to eradicate terror are racists and bias from you view.
Why not name India,China,Ukraine also ?
Japan learn from there mistakes,Pakistan paying for there past and India,UK penalized for proper gating Terror cells.
USA will support any country to defeat Terror.
paramilitaries are funded by Tamil Diaspora and they are now striping Tamil Business man,who paid them silently before.
Why turn to GOSL for Safety ? Simply call SLMM or Norway ?
A recent visit to East personally showed us the difference from past 15 years.
I personally met Japanese peace promoter Mr.Akashi in Tokyo he said that situations in East is completely different.
Your list of disappearance should be sent to Karuna through
SLMM.

Damed,
I personally met Japanese peace promoter Mr.Akashi in Tokyo he said that situations in East is completely different.
Akhashi wants trade and profit. If you want to know the sufferings of IDPs talk to those who were displaced to make room for HSZ for the army.
If you belong to the ruling class you have no reason except compassionate feeling to listen or simpathise with victims of the war.
Have you lost anyone, anything in the conflict or any close relative of yours served in the front line of the war? If not you have no right to send the poor lads to be sacrificed? |

Government Defence spokesman Keheliya Rambukwelle, responding to the damning report released by the Human Rights Watch (HRW), stressed the government was doing its best to deal with the allegations of human rights violations.
We rearmed the paramilitaries.
We managed to create HSZs for the army in the East by chasing those who used to live there to enhance the csecurity which is paramount.
We tampered with evidences of shootings aid workers, otherwise the IC will blame our dedicated army.
we killed 2 MPs in the HSZs because others escaped and do not visit their constituencies.
We managed to kill 3 local council members because they did not support the govt efforts
We called international eminent persons to be comfortable but they blame our AG oofice for not executing their tasks.
We called Australian Forensic Expert but he went out of his territory so we made a statement in his absence refuting his comments.
All these foreign people are ungrateful to our hospitality. They turned against us.
They must have been paid by LTTE.
That is why there is a delay of 19 months and have not produced any result. That is why we want to keep the UN away. |

Kotia,
Do you believe anything that the UNP says?
There are 2 UNPs, one with SLFP(MR) and the other with SLFP(M). Which one do you mean?
You may say the one with MR is telling the truth.
I say they are politicians and that too Sri Lankan, so, if you expect them to tell the truth, you ain't heard nothing yet.

Yes, the Sri Lankan Government maybe doing its best to curtail the unveiling Human Rights disaster here, but it is certainly not doing enough! When Governments fail in doing enough for its people, then it's time to either throw it out or bring in help from outside to help them out.
We don't owe anything to our elected representatives. In fact they owe us. If they fail to give us our due, then we have a right to seek it from whatever sources possible. Our representatives owe us the protection of our liberties and freedoms. This is not just to the people in Colombo and the South, but more importantly, marginalised people in the North and the East - where most are still languishing in refugee camps that are fed and maintained by NGOs and not the government. It is really not upto the people living in relative safety and comfort in the South to tell whether they need an international, non-partisan force to come and protect them. It is the right of those that really need that protection to decide what they trust more. If they have no faith in the Sri Lankan government, then clearly it has failed in its duty to its people. At that point, either it gets its act together, or it steps out to let the deficit be met.
It is funny there are some members and the Sri Lankan government that are extremely critical of the UN forces. Especially since Sri Lanka sends a big contingent of well trained forces to serve in the UN forces and even have training camps near Sinharaja for this purpose. |

SL sent forces to Haiti to buy US favour to bomb and starve Tamils. Further, SL provided US facilities for refuelling aircrafts to bomb any country US considers 'hostile'. In return US urged her allies Australia and EU to ban LTTE. Birds of a feather flock together. |

Did PERA come to spread his racist thoughts today ? Yesterday he despaired early after realizing he was seated on electrified fence. Today he did not come or ..is he in stealth mode?
He must have been very busy teaching his students to burn Cars today!
I saw SWEET came and washed a bit and vanished.
One thing for sure When you give respect some they take that as weakness. You have to take a thorn by another. |

Nirupam,
Japanese do have interests in Sri lanka but they are peaceful and humanitarian.
Clearly try to accommodate that IDPL's and casualties of the Srilankan conflict are due to the decisions taken by leaders of all communities.
Sacrificing life in armed forces or suicide bombers want count the gravity of the course.
Outsiders will not bring solutions to a internal conflict.
Already Srilanka have SLMM ?
UN going through a screening at the theater ? which hearts there agendas ? why not co operate ?
GOSL has proved and shown in East there capabilities to IC
a repeat will be seen in North.
High security zones are done for the safety of national interests and all communities have to coordinate.
People are given reasonable places/funds to there housing etc., Understand no fixed homeland to any human being in this world.
A simple/peaceful life is everyone's hope.
