Human Rights Watch (HRW) publishes this type of report for its survilence. The contents of this report is not significant. UN has problems of undertaking already assigned tasks and running many financial dificulties. If UN monitors are going to work in Sri Lanka what is the big task they are assigned?. We know what happend toSLMM and unnecessarily we had to pay them for thier observations. UN must learn a lesson rather than trying to intefere with our problems.

	Saliya UN must learn a lesson rather than trying to intefere with our problems. UN should not go to Notrh for human right protection since there is a barbaric, uneducated and uncivilized group is barking. After some time the barking will be over. the Tamils will be remaiining. then the UN needs to think about this.
