These fellows seem misinformed:

| Tigerforce, the only country that has used such weapons I believe is the U.S to bomb caves in Afghanistan. If LTTE use such weapons against civilians or even SL military, believe me LTTE will attract lot of unwanted attention from other countries, especially US. |

I beleive sea tigers also have used them at some point...not sure of they have'em in their present arsenal...
