In fact GOSL has given authority for governing to LTTE via CFA. So, any land grab by SAL, as has done in the East, is illegal... CFA is an international document.... any lasting settlement that UN will oversea will use CFA as the basis.

In fact LTTE already has the governing authority for NE through CFA, which is an international agreement. Any future settlement to the conflict, which will be monitored by UN, will use CFA as the base.
MoRon has been grabbing land in East, but Modaya will learn that this is a futile exercise costing the lives of many Sinhala village boys..! |
