For Metabolic syndrome ,manifesting with obesity, hypertension , and high level of C -Peptide, what do you do to prevent them becoming diabetics?
High Cholesterol and high blood pressure cause strokes and heart attacks. What do we do?
Treat them before they become ill with the disease.

May I make a little correction here?
Tamils are part of us I agree. The Sri Lankan Tamils (not Estate Tamils of Indian origin) are descendants of Singhalese and not the other way around. Singhalese are descendants of Bengals who then mixed with South Indian Tamils. Today we have more genes of South Indian Tamils than Bengals, and Tamils of Sri Lanka have more Singhalese genes than South Indian Tamils. They just absorbed the Tamil Language because of the close proximity to South India.
We want to save the Tamils of Sri Lanka from LTTE and Tamil moronic Diaspora.
