As if public were not attacked in other months... and were never at risk.
There's no place with 100% security (going 6 feet underground with a lilly in the hand exempted)
But if we want to minimize terrorist attacks, we gotta be one step ahead of LTTE. This can be successfully achieved by multiplying their terror levels and serving it back to them.
In this exercise, there's no room for ignorant, negative and lethargic Sri Lankans.
