It is highly unlikely that they would leave Bootprints and a miltary badge if the military personnel did it. Probably someone was trying to imply armed forces.

So who killed 80,000 Sinhalese civilians during the JVP eras of 71 and 89, LTTE?

One of my dad's friend was in the SL Police in 1971, he said whole villages were asked to come out of their houses, dig their own graves and were shot. Civilians and JVP people were not distinguished from each other.

yes, LTTE do kill likes of Kadirgamar, but these cant be considered as civilians. Civilians are people who do not influence war in any way. eg. Health minister is an example. I also agree LTTE does set of silly claymores too in Sinhalese majority areas which I condemn, but actual targeting of Tamil civilians, no.

This is just another infamous incidents where the true nature of the SLA were stripped naked. Many similar acts of barbarism by the SLA have been covered up, and the civilian victims were simply listed as missing!

As all can now see... this conflict is dragging senselessly for too long... getting people killed but no separate state.

If Velu cannot create this in 30+ years through war it very well proves that he could deliver what was promised....
He has also proved beyond doubt that he is not interested in choosing another path to achieve the objective.

Thus, now it's all Sri Lankans solemn duty to support GOSL in its quest finish off LTTE.... without sitting on the fence, regretting past failures.

it is fair to say traitors from both sides are treated harshly by both LTTE and GOSL. no freedom of speech anywhere in SL.

Also I am not childish like yourself and pretend LTTE are saints. but overall crimes by GOSL outnumber LTTE crimes by a factor of 20
