| I'm sure these 'refugees' are just riding on the ticket of 'civil war' to jump to London. In my opinion, this is why the Overseas Tamils do not war to end. As long as the war is in existence, Tamils can use this as a reason to obtain residency in foreign countries, taking these naive western govt's for a ride. Hence, the funding of terrorism. They do not realize or care that VP uses the funds to kill their own relatives back in SL, as long as they are 'refugees' in foreign countries. |

Tamils are taking extreme measures because Eelam is not safe due to SLA and SLAF bombings! It is the duty of IC to safeguard Eelam. Else, these kind of incidents will keep happening in other countries as well! IC should force Sri Lanka to make Eelam a peaceful place so Tamils can live peaceful lives... !

If Tamils are taking extreme measures, then why not go to your 'eelam' and together with VP and fight SLDF? Why stay in London? Surely, that's a better way to fight the 'tamil cause' than jump ship to London? |

These guys must be doing the hunger strike becasue it must be better for them to die in hunger rather than going back to Jaffna and getting recruited by the LTTE barbarians.
But the sad part is, once these guys are given the refugee status in these western countries, they start protesting against the SL govt and they start supporting the LTTE babarians in the internet forums.

These are completely innocent Tamils who just want to live in peace...If Eelam is a peaceful place, they will have no problem to go back. The GOSL morons had made living in Eelam impossible becuase of SLAF, SLA, SLN... and Karuna goon.
It is the duety of IC, including UK, to force GOSL to make Eelam a safe place so that Tamils can live peacefully in their own land!

Matto. There is no country called EELAm . That is why IC does not care about that? What an imagination? Could be another Film script.
IC is trying to make a SL a better place to live. Now even you can go to East and stay happily. Can you do that in Killinochchi? |
