The concept of forming Union is to lose consciousness of one's national borders. Is the membership as a white community (EU) a higher priority to being a multicultural soceity with all its weaknesses and strengths? One must take the bad with the good - to have real peace.

I was thinking if the LTTE and all its terror and murder supporters want to remember the 23rd July, how many other days/dates can the SL general public remember?
Central Bank, Pettah, Maradana, Sri Maha Bodhiya, Dalada Maligawa, each every suicide bomb that went off killing and maiming hundreds of innocent civilians.
Man, we Sri Lankans will have remembrance days EVERY DAY!!

Hi Pera, seems like according to intel they are tracking two trucks. Also Reuters report heavy incursion in to the Mannar FDLs by the SLA, and this time LTTE has called in Reuters to mention that. Funny that.

Harmondsworth refugee detention centre in London just announced that they have made arrangements with Srilankan airline to provide free bottled Palmyra Toddy and a special Jaffna menu to all the 29 Sri Lankan deportees. It is now understood that they have gone on hungers strike because they didn't like the food detention center offered.

people cant be exempt of the law of any land they step into...tamils are not special.
If brits feel that they have gone against the law i don't see the reason not to deport them :)
