Let me explain. We have been brought-up in a such way that I give due respect. Since I knew that Pera was a uni lecturer, I called him Sir. I write to Gaja, aunty Gaja. Likewise to you Berty Anna. As far as I gather things, I pay respect to the due. This is the way that I was brought-up.
Thank you..before i move on let me tell you one thing..
In Puli's case you wanted me to be more specific but when Pera said such a low thing about my wife & my daughter who are everything to me..u defended him and you asked me what made Pera said..it does not matter what made him say but will you or your hubby ever say such a thing..I don't think so..so is me and my wife..if you have a doubt in how we were brought up..u should know by the way we respect ladies..so far you never condemned Pera..his name calling are fine by you..even today you heard it but you ignored it

Nice thoughts... but action is mandatory to ensure that never again, any single community will have a claim to any area of the proud country.
You need to send a clear signal that every Sri Lankan, regardless of their ethnicity, has the right to live every nook and corner of the country.
Srilankanizing the North and and the East must gather visible speed... as soon as they are liberated from the LTTE. |

Moby, unable to comment since in my case my husband is older than me, qualified than me, yet we both are not wealthy but very rich in our hearts and there you go, we both are well secured! :):))
