| Yes, LTTE did not want to have any political leadership in Sri Lanka. JR and DB Wijetunghe new this and LTTE was not able to do any harm to them. Though MR is not a good leader to develop the country he is the only leader who sent his troops to liberate East. Infact he liberated East after 15 years. LTTE is targetting Basil, Gotabhaya and MR. But I don't think MR is easy to trap. |

As long as this government or any othe future sinhalese government persist on military solution against LTTE , such a powerful Truck bomb will be considerred to be a genuine reply to the south. there is no other way to stop military solution against tamils.
Modayas from this government should understand that military solution will not work against this powerful force of LTTE as agreed by westerncountries. |

It is funny! Very very funny. Tiger fascists want to destroy South by sending lorry loads explosives. The Tamils yet wish and prefer to live in the South the very places that tiger butchers are trying to wipeout and ruin. So Tamils do not want to be under VP rule.
Even when they are provided free transport to their homes they decline under various pretexts. (I do not endorse this action though).
Tamils live in harmony not only in traditional areas inhabited by them like Wellawatte and Kottangane but Panadura, Moratuwa, Maharagama etc. etc.

If this bomb exploded and caused destruction, UNP(TRAITOR RANIL/ ANUS-AM Faction) Would have immediately Asked Gotabhaya to Resign....and rejoiced and Celebrated the Explosion for months........
My Very Deepest Sympathies and Heartfelt Condolances to TRAITOR RANIL and ANUS-AM nana for the NON - Explotion of this Massive Bomb!!
Now that our heroic Soldiers have foiled this LTTE attempt at human Carnage, TRAITOR RANIL and ANUS-AM will conveniently forget this Great Victory and sweep it under the carpet......
