Okay it is another 10% to some high profile bureaucrats from equipment and material. Or may be more!
What Sri Lanka now needs is this. All other probllems have been sorted out.
Also I suggest the Government supplies a small cannister to carry the following to all Citizens:
1. National ID
2. Driver's license
3. Service ID (for Employed)
4. Pensioner's ID (for Pensioners)
5. Bank Pass Book
6. ATM Card (Most firms pay credit employees salaries to banks)
7. Credit Card
8. Debit Card.
9. Passport
10.Train Season Ticket and the folder
11.Seasons Ticket for the bus
12.Cash Notes and Coins
Perhaps the Govt. can charge Rs.50 per box and appoint a Minister to be in charge of this project!
For kind consideration of MR so he can allow his brother to hold onto his present portfolios. |

IF KING GREAT PARAKRAMABAHU was to be given an SriLankan identity card, he will come under CEYLON TAMIL.

Definitely there will be a colum for 'RACE', like the present identity card.
I do not like that.
We should give SriLankans a common identity card. |

I personal thinking is that we all are Yakpataw, later got these ethnic identities.
It will be grate if we could proove this. |
