June 30 (SAMN) President Mahinda Rajapaksa said on Thursday that only 75 Tamil youths out of 15.000 Tamils living in Colombo lodges were to be evicted according to the original plan but some Tamil women also wanted to take advantage of the travel arrangements to go back to the North and East. ?The result was that we had to transport 302 persons,? he said.
JRJ, read the above Rajapakse trying to duck and dive instead of facing the issues head on!! these guys are crooks with no integrity! SHAME. You guys deserve him for supporting him! |

June 30 (LeN) Minister of power and energy Mahindananda Aluthgamage charges that it was former minister Mangala Samaraweera who brought Sinhalese extremism to the SLFP by influencing the former president to join hands with the JVP. The minister said that Samaraweera is now in the farthest of extremism. Minister Aluthgamage said Mangala should be held responsible for letting the JVP receive 40 seats in the parliament through the SLFP votes.

JRJ also note that these not so innocent people (and their supporters) feel that the leaders (Leaders in the West for Muslims and the GOSL in Sri Lanka) are the ones who oppress them or make them feel unwelcome.
For the Sri Lankan issue, I think the leaders have a huge roll to play to make innocents feel welcome. LTTE will never let a GoSL do this, if someone even tries it LTTE will kill them.
So yeah the innocent tamils have a roll to play in abandoning VP, but so do innocent sinhalese by voting in the right person to do the job, if any exist.

For 95% of the Tamils, VP is NOT a terrorist but who leads a great freedom fighters belonging to a great Liberation Organisation,the LTTE, and a great freedom fighter himself.
If the most hated terrorists in the world, the yankees, according to 65% of the world younger generation,and their lakees in Europe says, that the Tigers are 'terrorists', it doesn't bother the Tamils at all.
Even Charles De Gaulle,Nelson Mandella and Jasaffer Araffat were branded as terrorists by ,Hitler,the African Apartheid regime and Margarat Thatcher.
This is nothing new for the people who fight oppression.
So, we Tamils will go on supporting the LTTE,as long as the sinhala state terrorists and its supporters like you, try to sbjugate us.

We talk about it and feel disgusted about it. I'm here to talk about a real end to all of this. LTTE loosing is a good thing.
But afterwards we have to make sure nut cases like VP don't have a cause to come into power again. We have made some mistakes you have to admit it.

Nale what subjugation am I doing to you? Do you even know my race? That doesn't matter.
So you support killing innocent people. I don't support that, but I support killing LTTE.
Also not all tamils are LTTE supporters although you want to believe it. You may call them traitors as AnuD thinks I am a traitor.
