I once went A'pura via Puttalam and had some fresh toddy.
But that was coconut toddy.
I like to taste tal raa. I am sure thats quite different.
I'll try to get hold of someone from Kanthalai when I go there. Yep, you are right it has to be consumed before 24hrs. Or else you drink vinegar.

Just for your info.....I have been to most of the beach hotels in sri Lanka and been to the beaches nothing can match Cashorina Beach standards.....also the sea food from Punnalai Kattuwan bridge is the most tastiest fish in entire jaffna....there is a reason.....the sea near punnalaikattuwan bridge is not very deep and the shalow water has lot of green vegitation....and the fish eating this vegitaion on shalow water are extreemly tasty |

| This is one of the best ways to stops. the identity problem. The finger prints of all the people have to be visible on the ID..If the holder of the ID is out of colombo the check in & check out time has to be traced.. This can avoid lots of crime. |

Which part of lanka are you from? Just curious. I have never been to Jaffna so when someone says (Like Pulli) about Jaffna it excites me to visit there, but due to security I am forced to stay in South.

That is not possible..only when you cross the border and use the card in special gates or in airport etc it can be automatically registered..not otherwise..I think when we have a border may be we can monitor who is going to the North lolz |
