Magha,

Stupid Tamils continue to sleep walk towards the Tamil Eelam dream which is nothing but a massive grave yard.

What is the message you seek to publish - that Tamils are stupid or that you are so attached to what you think is yours that you are not able to see value in sharing?

What is the big deal of dissolving Karuna group?

If GOSL just stops financial resources to Karuna group it will die a natural death. Don?t have to do anything else. So easy.

But people who want to keep Karuna group active and kicking will bringing all the reasons under the sun to prove that it cannot be dissolved.

Nokerena vedakamata konduru thel hath pattayak onelu.

SHAKTI,

For my utter surprise you have misread my post (well, what usually happens is you misinterpreting my posts). The points I highlighted to VISHNU are not those I think true, but those they (including you) conveniently ignore in their (your) peace-loving attires.

Why? Could not Karuna have any genuine grievances. Don't they deserve a federated state where they can get their grievances solved by themselves. If Karuna decides to take up arms against oppressing SL forces, wouldn't more blood be shed?

Yes, if GOSL just stops financial resources to Karuna group it will die a natural death. But, wouldn't this also be the case if IC decides stop financial aid to LTTE.

To put it bluntly, Kerenna or Nokerenna, dissolving Karuna is not a Wedakama to begin with. Let GOSL follow the foot steps of countries like US and UK, who sought help from Communist USSR to get rid of Nazi Germany to later dissolve USSR.

Mucha-linda,

The question is NOT whether Karuna is an enemy or friend.

The question is whether Karuna can be dissolved or not.

As you have readily agreed, it can be done. Thanks for agreeing.

Pity, I never knew it was a question to you, let alone to ask from someone who believes that LTTE too can be dissolved.

Let me make this very clear. (Because there are idiots here who cannot understand even tha basic of politics and misintrepret most of the things I say)

If there is a peace process going on having more than two parties in the process is always a hassle. Such a third party can easily rock the peace process. (Karuna has been doing it for so many years) So if the approach is negotiations, dissolving Karuna is essential.

On the other hand, if the approach is war (Let us temporarily forget the impracticality of it) of course, isolating enemy number one is the best approach. As Chairman Mao correctly said first you fight with others with your cousins and then you fight with your cousins with your brothers.

The question is at no point Mahinda maama has declared he has withdrawn from the peace process. I do not say war is the practical solution and it will solve the ethnic issue but going for full scale war is far less damaging than what he does now.
