i never ate at Mokkan Kadai in Jaffna.
it was down on the maint street, opposite to Bastian Juction.Later it used to be chelliah kadei and now i dont know even the kadei is being alive there :(:( |

How do you survive the business if you sell the lunch which is good enough for 2 people just for 5 bucks?
i know it is true, the reason is too much competition, every one compete with lower prices hoping to get more customers. After running the restaurant 7 day a week , the owners get tired and give up, because it is simply not worth it.
Better to work minimum wage which you could make more money with less hassles. |

I am not surprised that 'Mokken kadei' is no more..It was the famous place in the 70's in Jaffna..
Priya sister..what is the famous Ice cream place..near the main jaffna Bus stand..damn i forget the name..Fruit salad ice cream was my favorite..
Marky..add the fruit salad ice cream recipe too. |
