The TSUNOMI allegaitons against Mahinda were Totally rejected by the Chief Justice. ANUS-AM should get a copy of the CJ's order from his own MP , Kabir Hasheem Who filed charges. These charges were fully investigated to the complete satisfaction of the HON: CHEIF JUSTICE OF SRI LANKA.... It is too bad that the Eastern Coast of the United States is still upset...
So ONCE agian i ask you - SHOW us something (Credible) which says that Sri Rohana TSUNAMI AID HORA, was acquitted of stealing the money. I cant find anything on this subject. I just called Karbi Hashim and he said he has NO SUCH document. He says the case still stands. SO PLEASE show us something.
ALL MR did was stop the investigation abusing his powers at that time. Sarath Silva was always sympathetic to the SLFP, althought it seems like he has fallen off with MR NOw. I hear it had something to do with MR wanting to make a move on Sarath silva - you know a HOMOSEXUAL move, and sarath silva said 'Hell no i will never allow a Buffallo to do that to me - that would hurt immensely' :) :)
Anyways, MR ABUSED his powers to stop the investigation. Then after becoming President he went after the people who started the investigation like DIG Godfrey Gunethileka (Head of the CID at that time)... and replaced him with someone who is willing to 'bend over' in front of a Buffallo...
So Hori balu Gamiyooo, it is upto you to show us this soo called 'ACQUITTEL' of Sri Rohana Tsunami AID HORA!! :) :)

This is the method used by the SLFP today completely remove it's self from the JVP dependency. Bofore we take a UNP MP, we ensure that the MP we take has strong Grass Root / Trade Union support. We attack TRAITOR RANIL's Back bone (Which is Made of Jello). If MP's like Edward Gunasekara want to go back to UNP we ensure they are hooted and Humilliated by UNP'ers in their own electorates. This is done by offering 'Carrots' to other UNP'ers... TRAITOR RANIL and ANUS-AM Nana will be kept in the Opposition for ever.... When the Opposition Gets tooo weak, We will send scrap like Mangala to keep it going from time to time....... we will not allow ANUS-AM / TRAITOR RANIL Faction of the UNP to get too weak....atleast for the life of this Parlaiment...
But... at the next General Elections JVP will deffinitely get second place......and Weeramonky will lead the Opposition.....
The SLFP is no longer under the crutches of the JVP thanks to the MR leadership.......
The real fight in Parliament at the next General Elections will be for THIRD PLACE between UNP(TRAOTOR RANIL / ANUS-AM) faction and the TNA.....
It is true that Mangala had some support from Matara when his ministry was removed initially.... But one week later the same organiser who orgasnized the Airport Reception for Mangala, accepted the SLFP organiser post for Matara from HE the President!!---Undercutting Mangala bigtime...
Thank GOD for JUNIOUS RICHARD JAYAWARDENA, And his Brother H W JAYAWARDENA for enabling Mahinda to get EXECUTIVE POWER! Actually ......We need no more!! Thank you JR.

LOL yep.. You will NEVER EDUCATE me cos of two reasons..
1. Because you cant. There NEVER was such an order Acquitting the Sri Rohana Tsunami Aid Hora. If there was an Order - Show us!! :) :)
2. When you live INSIDE the rajaPASSA - what law for a hori balla like you man???
Case closed. The Tsunami Aid Hora case against MR is still in courts but ofcourse stopped by the Tsunami aid Hora himself!
As for the rest of the Hori balu claims - we will only have to wait and see. The last time the JVP and the LTTE saved the rajaPASSA. This time it doesnt look like the JVP wants to have anything to do with the punnakku raja. SO ONLY the LTTE is left :) :).. MR is surely having Bada Eliya - but our Hori Balu Gamiya is still licking the rajaPASSA!! YAKKKKK!!

COLOMBO: With his military forces battling the LTTE in the north-east, President Mahinda Rajapakse and his three brothers who are all top government officials are facing a whole new battle ? within their own alliance regime, one which could well culminate in another election.
Faced with the prospect of his ministers defecting to the breakaway Sri Lanka Freedom Party (Mahajana Wing) founded last week by former foreign minister Mangala Samaraweera, President Mahinda Rajapakse has said he is ready to dissolve parliament and seek a fresh mandate.
According to top political sources Rajapakse had on last Friday told a special meeting of ministers and senior members of the Sri Lanka Freedom party, the key constituent party of the government, that the situation was ?worsening? daily with Samaraweera claiming that around 15-20 MPs are ready to join his party.
Adding to President Rajapakse?s worries is the return of his rival, former President Chandrika Kumaratunga to the country following an invitation by Mangala Samaraweera to head the break away SLFP group. Kumaratunga is expected to return to Sri Lanka from Britain shortly. Matters have been further complicated for Rajapakse with the main opposition party, the United National Party (UNP) publicly proposing an alliance with the SLFP(MW). Local media reports indicated that Kumaratunga has expressed willingness to help ?resurrect? the SLFP founded by her father, the late S. W. R. D Bandaranaike.
While Mahinda Rajapakse is clearly a perturbed man, in comparison Mangala Samaraweera who was sacked from his foreign ministerial post months ago appears confident.
In an interview with Dawn on Wednesday, Mangala Samaraweera said a change of regime was the ?only alternative? and claimed he was confident that over 90 per cent in the government were ready to join hands with him to free the country of what he described as a ?vindictive and petty minded? political leadership.
Calling upon the international community to introduce ?some form of sanctions? on the government for its allegedly gross violations of human rights, Samaraweera pointed out that his immediate goal is to wrest the Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP) from the ?Rajapakse brothers? whom he refers to as the ?Rajapakse quartet?.
This could be only done by ?rededicating the SLFP? with the help of former President Chandrika Kumaratunge, to the ideals for which her late father set it up, he said.
Meanwhile, the Marxist Janatha Vimukthi Pramuna (JVP) which strongly campaigned for Rajapakse in the November 2005 Presidential election is now threatening to launch strikes on various issues and is likely to lean towards Samaraweera who has a good relationship with JVP members, political sources said on Wednesday.
Samaraweera acknowledged that he would shortly commence talks with the JVP to discuss among other issues, their stand on the ethnic conflict. Talks with the main opposition, the United National Party (UNP) would commence on Thursday, he said.
In the backdrop of an escalating war, the pro LTTE Tamil National Alliance has openly expressed support to Samaraweera who is said to hold ?moderate? views with regard to the Tamil ethnic issue.
Samaraweera has already broached the idea of a common alliance with a limited five point programme with opposition parties. Main among the five points is the restoration of democracy and the resultant re-imposition of the rule of law.
?In a time when abductions and human rights violations are more the rule than the exception, the aim is to unite all opposition forces to avert the rapidly deteriorating situation in the country and restore democracy. When we begin this process, we are confident that even those in the government who are now compelled to be silent would join us?, the former Foreign Minister said.

What the UNP needs are 15 -20 MP's to go Against Mahinda.... Not Newspaper and Magazine articles written by UNP Coherts!!
Name the MP's and Take them....Every one knew that Mangala was selfish and was against strenghtening the SLFP with the KARU Group....
And Mangala leaving is just what we in the SLFP want...
The question is who are the Others???? Name them and Take them if you Can????
We don't need News paper clippings...... And silly theories about taking MP's at the correct time....After all TRAITOR RANIL said four months ago that Mahinda will be toppled in 3-months.....What happened TROITOR RANIL had to leave the GANGARAMA TEMPLE.....

Alavi has attacked Mangala at Several Press conferences after Mangala and TRAOTOR RANIL were were HUGGING and SHAKING each other at the UNP(Traitor Ranil Faction) Gay Pub at cambridge place......
DM Jayarathne has scatchingly attacked Mangala in the Silumina and Many other Sinhala Newspapers.....
If the President wanted Mangala He could have given the Ministries to Mangala and got him back.....But the country can't afford to have LTTE's Tiran Alles interfering in the Port and Air-port....
