why should I??
if we want everyone to pass exams, why have exams? Just let them go with the certificate of course complesion.

alright calm down..i said it in good faith..the percentage was below expectation..that is all..I personally would have loved to see more students doing well

This is out of thread question.
Do you think Honk Kong Chinese are more self centred than the mainland Chinese?
I feel the mainland Chinese are more down to earth and friendly in their interaction, correct me if I am wrong, you are the man to know this :)
