50,000 poor boys who speaks only Sinhalese language to be recruited to the army.
This is to replace the recent losses due to deaths, injuries and desertion. A large number of soldiers in the NorthEast have left the army after this president took office.
According to Ex-Air Marshall Harry Gunatilake there were 195,000 in the Security Forces. Not a single soldier is the son of either 225 MPs or journalists. Those who are in the battlefield are entirely from poor families.
This war is really between the poor and deprived on one hand and ruling elitists of the South on the other. Those live in Colombo 7, mansions and run businesses include law makers, judiciary and journalsts who wage war against the deprived that incluse the minorities, poor in the South and suberb of Colombo. In other words the previleged minority wants to destroy the poor majority and their livelihood.
