| Thanks Trufactor Last time I visited India and China ( not so long ago) it is amazing how many of them still dream to live in the west.2017 will be the year to look forward to when China and India take over the world with there economic power. By the way who do you reckon going to buy there products. West will be to poor to by any goods. More two dollar shops pesticide covered food items list keep getting larger or I suppose prize the Chines and Indians will pay for economic miracle. What bout the homeless in Calcutta have you ever been there to work with the destitute I stand corrected there won't be any of them left with in 10 years. There is only one way out for the human population to raise the standard of living some how get together and work. Rhetoric will never produce results. If the self important rhetoric can bring results Sri Lanka will be the greatest country in the world by now ( I stand corrected again according to the politician's who been governing the country for the last 30 years it is ). Remember Singapore they looked in to the future and went for it with out to much rhetoric. When you have to many patriots with I know best attitude with blinkers on result is plain to see for the one without the blinkers. Worst yet now some are waiting China and India to become economic supper powers to get a free ride to prosperity. |

Most Chinese, Singaporians, Malaysians, Koreans, Thais etc. see Sri Lanka as a dirty, polltuted and run down piece of junk full of lazy, uncivilized barbarians and beggars who do not even wash themselves most of the time.
All those Asians, who had been to SL hate it and will never come back. Only some Indians do feel fine in SL.

Not in a million years with most intelligent Sri Lankans trying to move out.

this regime is the dumbest he had ever seen.
LTTE dont have to do anything, LTTE dont have to hang them.
If LTTE lend a piece of string this regime will hang itself.

Many of the young generations tamils in this forum who born in western world would not know the story 'Mathana Muththa' the man who knows everything.
to tell you the story short , a potter who make buetifull clay pots, one day one of his goat was thirsty , it went near a clay pot and pushed its head into one of the pot , the head went in it couldnt get it outit tried and tried because it had the horn it was so difficult to get it out.
mathana mutha saw the goat he tied the goat
he tried to remove the pot ,with no success.
since it was a clay pot and hard attept will break the pot.
so that he staved the goat , hoping that will release the pot.
he held on the pot for hours and didnt let the goat move
goat was hungry,thirsty. mathana mutha didnt care.
then he thought he cut goats head and then remove the head and fix it back again
that way he will save pot and goat.
then he broght a sharp knife and cut goats head.
head fell into the pot and goat died of bleeding.
he still couldnt remove the head from pot.
he tried and tried at last he dicide to break the pot to remove the head.
at the end he lost his goat and clay pot.
i see sinhalese mind are still in the same mentality , its so obivious if you couldnt remove the pot break the pot to let the goat go free.
(same thing said srilanka constitution (pot) should be broken long time ago to let the goat(srilanka) to go free. )
now its too late.
yesterday president ordered 50,000 more troops needed.
what this shows?
Now that tigers have planes. it may take three years or more.
XX we had to close down the airport so no planes will be flying on the air , only LTTE planes so that we can shoot down.
XX we need to vacate tamils from colombo so that we can identyfy LTTE when they walk arround the streets of colombo.
XX we closed the main roads so those building are safe so that LTTE cant use the vehicles to get there.
XX we ban fishing so no boats will be in the sea, only LTTE boats we can shoot and sink.
XX we close A9 so timils are weaker and wont be able to fight.
XX we vacate 500,000 families from there homes and place them in refugees camps so that our army camps are safe.
XX now that further 50,000 troops are recruited so further 500,000 people had to be evicted for the safety of these criminals.
list goes on
no wonder sinhalese are mathana mutha generations.
