President Rajapaksa's address to the ILO conference. After saying that terrorism has no place in the contemporary world, he reportedly said: 'As a government we are not prepared, at any cost, to bow to terrorism.' This is interpreted in western diplomatic and some human rights circles as saying that there will not be any veering away from its present policy of meeting the LTTE head-on.
No bow down at any level or cost for terrorism. Let's meet head on and finish both LTTE and Western neocolonization.

US and Japan may be decenting voices for commericial and political reasons.
US may continue allowing violations of human rights and abductions by SL soldiers and their slaves because she pays back for SL helping to protect Us's puppet in Haiti as JVP stated and also US want Colombo Airport for refuelling their aircrats on the way to bomb some Arab Countries.
Japan may like to dominate the commercial market of SL. |

New developments are in the horizon. China will grab the opportunity to make their presence in southern of India if not India would not prefer to solve the issues SL facing. While US is in the hunt looking for new powerful ally (India), US approach with caution, if not just stay away while making statements time to time from DC. But now Pakistan and China is inroads.
Already China is harboring Hambantota, South of Sri Lanka shrinking super power status of Hindustan !

Defence Secretary Gotabhaya Rajapaksa's interview to the BBC and Reuters in which he accused the West of bullying small countries and said that Sri Lanka had SAARC and Asian support and did not need to depend on the West.
European thieves forgot that Asia means not just SAARC, but includes big countries like China, Japan, Koreans, India, Pakistan, Malaysia and Indonesia.
