that some troops came back
so when you get your back kicked ,it is called coming back. |

i do not see any bipartition approch in your post to archive peace. in you post i can see, peace peace and peace but all of your concern is , how to defeat the ltte's capability to fight head to head with the SL forces. i suppose thats what you mean by pieace.
do you agree with the tamil grievances? if you do not recognize the ltte's position, then there will be no talks for sure unless you tune up your self and have a bipartition approach. for that you suppose to have a substabcial peace package acceptable to tamils.
sure ,the ltte's military wing is a big headache for the govt , thats understandable, at the same time giving headache to the govt is the job of ltte. the minite you accept the position of ltte, you will have peace!!

It?s quite obvious that the beginnings of LTTE may be due to the reasons of socio-political deficiencies of yesteryears and regional strategies of cold war era, but today they?re a new class of terrorists who are 'professionalised? and for whom political violence becomes an end in itself.
The LTTE is not there to full fill the legitimate aspirations of the Tamils and for them a peaceful vision of the future is one in which they do not have a stake.
