I have a doubt. can someone please tell me how may tamils in the north ? how many in the east?
According to my assumption the population number is wrong now.
If the tamil population is 3.1mil = 12%
Colombo & other 500,000(may be more)& up country 750,000.
so far migrated to India 70,000, UK 150,000, USA & Canada 300,000 Europe 200,000 Australia 50,000 (total 0.77mil)
so roughly 600,000mil live in north & 500,000 in east, OK give them 1/3 of the island land and all.. because they are minority they need more. then no one will say Sinhalese discriminating Tamils.
I can't simply understand this argument about discrimination. Tamils in EU are you being treated well by the European governments?
this is a joke. if 5% Tamil population live peacefully in out side of the Northeast what they need?
