what you eat is important when you try to control your weight!
And remember what you eat helps to keep your optimal homeostasis.
Reducing 'animal protein related'-meat won't help you in the long run.
Not enough proteins and microelement can cause hypovitaminosis, deficit of microelements and on top of the disorder list comes anemia, which is a real concern for females, who are in their fertile ages.
I am not insisting anything here, just sharing few things with you, since I am the fixing guy, hope you don't mind.
