Walter's HOV lane wouldn't work in SL. Most of Sri Lankan travel with their family and friends all the time and HOV lane will get jammed. Houston is a big city with lots of space cannot compare to Colombo. Concrete idea is good for SL because of the Monsoon rains. Less tendency to washed out the road.

Sorry man. Sometime we veer off the subject due to mud slinginging in the forum. Once in a while we have to depend ourselves.
Don't be discourage. There is a good group of moderate sinhala.tamil and muslims write in here.

Where has karavahater gone? He was the only one who made any sense around here. Banning him signalled the end of true democracy in Sri Lanka.
