Supra:
If you look at the tamilnet dosa feed '10 000 Tamils march towards UN in Geneva' The signs so called 'tamils' carry say 'Accept our freedom organization' and another one says 'Accept our defacto government' and they are holding a picture of a world renowned terrorist leader wanted by Interpol for crimes against humanity and terrorism. Looks like a real desperate 'organization' to me. Pictures of Prabarkaren....What a joke!! |

| One could only assume that without any experience in ghost flights, extraordinary renditions, torture outsourcing, handling enemy combatants in offshore detention camps or running death squads in occupied territories, there can?t be much justification for their entry. |

either you accept the one Sri Lanka and stop supporitng Putha Of Balli Prabhkaran
or you die simply as orphans No country no Identity but very well known as Blood Hound Terrorists |

| This has no logic. They are service men and they are following the orders.Unless they are involved in crimes or bad behavior. When President Bush and Tony Blair ordered the generals went to Iraq for the war whether it is right or wrong. Pl dont encorage blood shed in this poor nation. |

According to the Geneva Convention, NO WAR CRIMINAL IS GRANTED ASYLUM IN ANY OF THE REFUGEE SETTLING COUNTRIES.
After fighting his case for nearly 20 years an ex German soldier, being citizen in Canada is being deported for he was one of the perpetrators of the Jewish holocaust. this Man/soldier is nearly 90 years of age, lived in Canada for almost 50 years I believe.
Justice sees no age, colour or status. I mean the International Judicial body. Canada takes pride in upholding human rights, standards etc.
We cannot expect this in SL. Atleast this refusal is a good start for those who undermine human rights.
Although the Military follows the orders of the Commander in Chief, situation on the ground is best assessed by those deployed.
These western diplomatic offices very well know the difference between collateral damages and human rights abuses.
Good luck if we can twist them.
