Most sinhalese in this forum are good at skirting around the issues like Pera when it comes to 83 riots. I once asked a simple Q from specialforce why didnt the gvt stop the killing of Tamils openly in front of witnesses infront of security forces and why didnt they bring any arrests or prosecutions?
These guys will never answer that? |

A powerful explosion damaged an electricity transformer in the Sri Lankan capital Colombo on Tuesday, police said. There were no immediate reports of casualties.
An explosive device had been rigged up to the transformer at Colombo's Orugodawatte area, police said adding that an investigation was under way.
The blast came as the capital was on alert for Tamil Tiger bomb attacks. |
