Chinese projects find red tapes since no 10% commission to politicians.
China-Lanka deals on slow gear
The reason: commission vultures are demanding kickbacks from these projects, according to knowledgeable sources.
Among the crucial projects, to which China had earlier pledged generous credit lines and even outright grants, but is now dragging its feet over, are modern cultural centre ?a gift from China -- to be built at former Nomads? Grounds, the 900mw Norochcholai coal power plant, and the Hambantota port project.
When we broached this allegation about unscrupulous elements here demanding commissions with the Chinese embassy in Colombo, a spokesman simply said ?no comment,? but stressed that ?We provide assistance without any pre-conditions to help Sri Lanka to develop its economy and to raise the living standards of its people?.
On May 31, Ports and Aviation Minister Chamal Rajapaksa when asked about the several postponements of the launch of the harbour project, told The Sunday Times that they were going ahead with the launch with Ports Authority funds, pending the approval of the US$ 360 million credit line from the Import and Export Bank of China.

My advise is to ignore this gamiya, he is not worthwhile responding.
He always trying to attack you personally in every one of his post.
Focus on writing fact and information that you usually do. No point in chasing after a 'hori balla'. |

thanks for your advise and your probably correct. I think i owe an appology to everyone on this forum, including Mr Brown, for the landuage i have been using on Gamiya.
However i had a point to make. ALL these MR supporters Except for Pera, think that its their God given birth rigth to attack anyone and everyone in the worst form of filth, but NO ONE should ever respond to them. They think its their birth right to throw all sorts of alligations but no one shold ever make an alligation against their precious leader. If they can dish it out, they should also be able to take it - at least thats what i think. Notice how Gamiya uses the forst form of Filth on me, but when i 'give the return' he starts crying. This is how 99% of MRs boot lickers are!
If gamiya wants to have a DECENT debate with me - i will gladly oblige. If he wants a filthy sledging match - i will gladly oblige that also! :) :)

I said the 'LONGEST' because you also said so. If you say Ronnie is not Long and he is short - then i believe you. You are the expert in this area. So what ever you say... :) :)

No Matter how much PENIS-AM reads the newspapers, SIRIKOTHA is a Ghost House today...'Sethsevana' UNP (Democratic Group) headquarters is full of people. Grass root UNP'ers for the first time in 15 years are able to sort out their problems thanks to the KARU-MAHINDA Jathika Rajaya. Innocent village level UNP supporters want a KARU-MAHINDA national Govt. and they have it now. Poor innocent village level UNP'ers have a PRESIDENT now after 15 long years! Frustrated TRAITOR RANIL backers in the East Coast (USA) are obviously not even in the equation...
I Challenge TRAITOR RANIL and PENIS-AM to hold a UNP convention and attract a bigger crowd than the UNP (Democratic Group) Convention. The Democratic Group convention chaired by Karu was a major success attended by many Grassroot UNP leaders(PS and PC members) and Bala Mandala heads and Trade Union Leaders.
TRAITOR RANIL and PENIS-AM who had 82 MP's before MR became the SLFP Presidential Nominee, today has only 42 MP's today. PENIS-AM and TRAITOR RANIL are having wet dreams about power with only 42 out of 225 MP's and ZERO executive power..
Good Luck and keep on dreaming PENIS-AM.....
PENIS-AM can continue to talk and debate about newspaper cuttings....
Mahinda Rajapaksa will win the next Presidential Election as well and appoint Karu Jayasuriya as the Hon. Prime Minister of Sri Lanka...
If the MAHINDA - ANURA ticket got over 50% of the votes, MAHINDA - KARU ticket will deffinitely get 70% of the votes..
TRAITOR RANIL and PENIS-AM can jump in to bed with JVP, TNA, and other left overs like Mano Ganeshan...
PS: Be very careful CBK might be under the bed dressed in a Suicide Kit......
