Coconut Sambol Recipe
(Pol Sambola)
Ingredients :
Desiccated coconut 1 cup
Salt 1 teaspoon
Chili powder, or to taste
Paprika 1 teaspoon
Shrimp powder, optional 2 teaspoons
Lemon juice or to taste2 teaspoons
Medium onion, finely chopped 2 tablespoons
Hot milk 2-3 tablespoons
Method :
Combine coconut, salt, chili powder, paprika and shrimp powder if used in a bowl.
Sprinkle with lemon juice, onion and milk.
Mix well with the hands, rubbing ingredients together so that the coconut is evenly moistened.
Pile into a small bowl.
Note : If liked, add 1-2 fresh red or green chilies, seeded and finely chopped.

There will not be any TamilEalam, SL will not allow it and India will not allow it.
Now your being silly! If there happens to be a Tamileelam one day:
Do you think it is because someone gave it?
Do you think because someone gave permission to have it?
So what SL thinks matters to the south.
What India thinks matters to Indians.
What Tamils think matters to Tamils. So grow-up. Dare to dream one day it could come true. |

When given the option to select betwen two thieves, they try to elect better thief (sounds awkward). That's why I abstain from voting but that's not the solution

've to disagree with you. SL is a small country so it's easier to develop (with right leadership) and Indians will not have much say once it develops. Western countries would want to invest here. We can be a pretty good economic hub for South Asia with our harbors and air ports. SL people are not that stupid either. I believe India has much to loose than to gain. Anyone can argue that point but that's what I think.
shanA, yes there was plenty of good opportunities lanka had in the past. all those opportunities gone to somewhere . they wont come back! no countries stolen those opportunities from lanka. lanka dug it's self to be under the ground! |

We use fresh coconut in Aus Mate. Fresh pol sambol.
I think optionaly you can go for maldive fish crumbs with/ without shrimp powder.
