| I think the military is too stupid to know how to use the radar. They'll either give it to the LTTE, or let it rot in some warehouse while Gothbaya pockets the huge commission. By the way, I hear Bandaranaike Airport is still closed at night? |

SLA declines to receive 10 dead bodies

Sri Lanka Army officials who accepted 2 of the 12 bodies handed over to the ICRC by the LTTE Tuesday, declined to receive the remaining 10 dead bodies, informed sources in Vavuniyaa said. The Sri Lanka Red Cross Society (SLRCS) vehicle with the bodies is parked in SLA controlled territory in Vavuniyaa. The Sri Lankan defence authorities have been reluctant in receiving all the dead bodies, as the number exceeded the casualty figures earlier claimed by the SLA.
The SLA officials wanted the lorry with the body bags to return to Vanni, the sources added.
ICRC officials were engaged in resolving the issue. |

| We should buy better military hardware irrespective what India asks us to do. India will not help us to solve this problem. They trained LTTE and fed LTTE and now gives oxygen when they are weak. India must understand if LTTE gets a seperate part in North they will take another part of Tamil Nadu to Ealam expand the ealam. They will never listen to India because they know even after killing Rajov India did not do any harm to LTTE (tamils) other than just officially banned LTTE activities in India. But they are active in India. |

IC community couldn't do this part for long years.
As most wrote in this thread Now India is involved for services and repairs for MIGs and Joint maritime maneuver in Polk straits.but not to sell what they have.
Pakistan,China,Russia and Ukraine Long time suppliers will give GOSL upper hand with there quality. |
