SLA is taking its vengence on the aid workers.
Also Sunday, two Red Cross workers were found shot dead in central Sri Lanka,
They know they enjoy total impunity.
Aid workers, Muslim workers, jouralists and MPs were murdered by SLA soldiers, yet, not a single culprit is brought to book during the last 18 months of this extremist presidential rule. |

Yes the east is being cleared so many times it is one of the cleanest areas in the world today.
If the clear the east again it will begin to shine.

It was all done on Mahinder's orders , so how do you expect any investigations...............
If any of them are forund guilty then it would mean Mahinder should be the one to take responsibility.
It will never happen.
The killings will go on. Until MR is stopped by the war crimes tribunal. |

malli it is a waste of time when you put an article from defense.lk This war is claiming a lot of lives..let it be soldiers or LTTE cadres, they are all someone's children.. I think we should stop fighting in a forum first!! This is not the time for us smile..We are all SAFE but not those in the battle field..

Buddha told her that he could do that ONLY if she brings a handful of Mustard seed from a home in which no one has died in the family....!
I like the story but i would have been happier if Lord Buddha has actually helped this lady and brought her kid back to life!!

The so called 'patriots' can defeat LTTE only if they put their words into deeds.
Will they send their children to the battle field?
Will they contribute 10% of their income to the Govt?
All that they do is to encourage chauvinism and use the poor youths as cannon fodders in exchange for a wage for the poor families to live on.
Not a single child of influencial politicians (225 MPs and President), judiciary (lawyers, judges) and journaliasts ever went to the battle front during the period of this wastful and destructive war. All those died ae por youths from the deep South. |
