	ltte playing sla game retake occupied teritory and say retaken lost territory. if slaf is using napalm then ltte should fix small explosives to oil tankers passing sinhala areas and create their own napalm lesson /they will be deep fried.

	Nirupam, I doubt the Southerners ability to honor any agreements with any body, see what happened to Anura B he was promised PM post. Indian PM told them to go for negotiations based on federal solution but they thought of their usual gimmicks of provincial councils.
