Now we begin to understand why VP preferred MR to RW.
MR fitted well into VP's agenda. In the interview MR admitted that he still has not offered to talk with LTTE.
It was claimed then that the reason was because UNP stalwarts claimed that they who masterminded the Karuna-Praba split. |

It is very simple. MR is much better than cunning fox! It is better someone talks face to face rather than stabbing the back side.
