I don't think that Re-unification is 'On-the-Cards' for the foreseeable future....... they are Technically...Still at War...
I'm sure that the US does Not envisage a Unified Korea....

The 'Old Systems' do work, Public Opinion has more clout than it did before, but the system hasn't changed much.....the majority of developed countries are Democratic.....and Not Dictatorships........... |
