New Delhi, May 29(PTI) Facing fresh attacks from Tamil Tigers like aerial strikes, Sri Lanka today asked India for 'urgent weapons supplies' saying if there was no response from New Delhi, it might have to turn to other countries for help.
The Island nation's Defence Secretary Gothabaye Rajpakse is on a unannounced visit here since Sunday with an arms shopping list including low level transportable radars and quick reaction ground to air missiles to contain the threat posed by Tigers arming themselves with Light attack aircraft.
Defence Ministry sources said Rajpakse had a series of meetings in South Block calling on the National Security Adviser MK Narayanan, his counterpart here Shekar Dutt and three services Chiefs Gen JJ Singh, Admiral Sureesh Mehta and Air Chief Marshal Fali Homi Major.
Rajpakse was the offical who created ripples in India recently by his reported remarks that LTTE by its clandestine acquisition of Light Czech aircraft had also plans to hit vital targets on mainland India. The comments were later denied officialy by Colombo. PTI

So many folks keep telling here that LTTE is fighting for a separate state.
What verifiable, authentic proof is available? Every time I see foreign newspaper report saying that I email and ask to send me the proof they have, only to receive 'thank you' notes.
LTTE criminals can never whitewash the crimes they have committed.
It would be foolish to associate with the LTTE whether from within or outside the country.
What's the point of dreaming... if one cannot wake up to tell about it and possibly live it! |

I was keeping my friend vini here informed...what's wrong with that :)
I have said everything i have to say to you in that thread and that's the reason i stopped posting on it...and i can see that you also wanna do the same :)

The man who copies and paste dozens of articles all only against gosl and sldf and never against ltte... the man who try to white wash by saying yesterdays victims were more STF and less civilians... the man who conveniently avoided cnn link and try argue on another link i gave him... the man who said that the bomb was 'targeted' at a STF bus during rush hour traffic... the list is long berty and i don't wanna get into it again... it's all there to be seen by the rest of the people to draw their own conclulsions...:)
I try not associate with sheep skinned tigers :) The die hard ltte'rs here who are open about it i have more respect cos at least they are honest :)
I'm off for the day...gotta go home before they close the kelaniya bridge :)
