Srilankan GOVERNMENT have given special Id Cards to TMVP. and they are feree to move arround anywhere to abduct anyone and demand randsoM(AS long as they give 50% of the takings to mahinda ' helping rajapaksha' account.
those special IDs are also belived to be sold to LTTE operatives. |
