Didn't JR say that Tamils did not stand a chance based on mere numbers and LTTE was to be wiped out in three months.
So if the old fox could not understand the Tamils I don't think any one in the new political arena can. |

LTTE should understand that it cannot fight a civilized battle in a uncivilized environment. It has tried only to target military and Tamils civilians and paying a very high price.
So is it time to bring the war to southern civilian masses? |

Sinhalese will never forgive Tamils for committed atrocities for 23 years. No matter what will happen, Tamils will be considered as second class citizens in Sri Lanka. LTTE can bomb another 5-10 years, but at the end all Tamils will have to pack it up and leave their homeland - Tamil Eelam, thanks to VP, his LTTE clan, and Tamil diaspora.
