8 killed, 27 wounded, Bomb blast in Colombo targets STF vehicle

A bomb exploded in Ratmalana, near the domestic airport Monday around 5:30 p.m., targeting a military vehicle on Galle Road at Gohumadama junction. Eight civilians have succumbed to their injuries and 27 including 6 STF elite troopers were wounded in the blast, Police said.
The blast targetted a vehicle carring STF troopers travelling from Kattukurunte training base to Kadawatte STF camp.
The bomb was placed on a roof of a shop. Four shops were damaged in the explosion, police said.
Wounded persons were rushed to Panandura and Kalubowila hospital.

Tell the military to stop using civilians as human shields for their transports.
Close the roads when moving military convoys like they do for Goat-boy-ahhh. |

Looks like sinhala kotti's work. Training they got in kilinochi is not enough. They should go back for special training |

Man we are not talking about a bomb explosion near Kilinochchi. This is Ratmalana and galle road is being used by civilians 24/7.
Looks like VP wants to play like he used to do in 94/95. Most of the dead are civilians, but VP wont care about that. What can we expaect from that barbaric animal when he doesn't even care about Tamil kids.
Way to go VP, you seem to be getting isolated by every single move you make.
First his gang kills south Indian fishermen, then some Civilians in the south. |
