I think Sanjana MUST be extreamly greteful to VP and all the racists of the both Sinhala and Tamil ethnic groups.
Without them no war.
Without war, no peace building, peace initiative, Peace council, policy alternative, no nothing.
Without war no peace BUSINESS, in which Sanjana seems to be an Osthar.
Good luck Sanjana. May there be more and more war, so that you could earn more and more $$
Without war, what are you going to do?? Giving English tution??

Guys,
is it normal for a person to talk about him self in the CV as Mr.-name-?
I looked at his CV and it says 'In the capacity of a Researcher from 2001 to 2003 at the Centre for Policy Alternatives(CPA), Mr. Hattotuwa critically analysed peace processes in Sri Lanka and the world. Mr.Hattotuwa also examined issues related to democracy and governance - focussing on thestructural underpinnings of conflict and its impact on post-conflict scenarios, societal
transformation and peace processes....'.
Is it normal to talk about yourself in 3rd person? |

ThinKing,
Is it normal to talk about yourself in 3rd person?
Yes. Some like that way.
Julius Caesar was one person who never used the words 'I', 'me' or 'myself'. He always referred to himself in third person.
In a CV, it is very usual.

Guys,
This is interesting.
Other than myself FIVE people (Musketeer, MaKaSo, AstroLTTE, Pera, ThinKing) responded to the article but NONE of them said even a single word on anything Sanjana had written. All of them wanted to talk about the finger that shows the moon.
What does this imply?
One-The Sinhalese racist camp is so bankrupt that they cannot come up with any reasonable counterattacks? All they can do is to question the person who raises the questions.
Two-They all know that white van terror is a reality. They all know armed groups collect ransom in Colombo. They all know the government is corrupted to the teeth. However, they do not want to admit that their beloved leader does this sort of things, because it was the same person whom they supported sometime back.
Very funny people.

OK thanks for the info :)
Sanjana ofcourse mixes both styles. Anyway if it's ok for him why should I bother :D |

Shakti,
What is happening in Sri Lanka, and in LNP too, also reflects that:
as far as MR and his Govt. continue to fight LTTE and claim victory, the majority of the Sinhala masses would tolerate all their misgivings. So it seems.
However, there is no guarantee.
The whole thing can change overnight when it really starts hitting their stomach.

Pera (in third person) abstracted what Sanjana has wrtiien and came to the conclusion that Sanjana needs a WAR for his survival, since he is employed by peace building industry!

so is your friend Bandula P. He is THE chairman of lake house. I PERA does not see any refernce to that in Dinamina or Daily news.
Funny no?
Mottarala is smart to 'hire' the media giants in Sri lanka.
Ranil started the process (by recruiting a media brigade to uplift his image) and gal anda perfected it. Edited By - Pera - 23 May 2007 05:45:00 GMT |

Pera,
Since you have found it so difficult to absorb what I said in the first time, (I am not surprised. Every class I teach there are fe tube lights like you) let me repeat it.
Just because he (Bandula Padmakumara) is my friend, I am not here to justify everything he does.
I think you assume that everyone is like you. To you even Motta Raala's s#^t smells good. So you think everyone in the scoeity just hero worship others like the way do.
Please learn from me, unlike you, there are many people in this world who have minds of their own.
