So now get ready for LTTE and TAF attacks.
Don't start crying when they do.
Everything has a price and if you can take it then go for it.
There will be retaliation ........
Now lets see what happens next.

Now lets see what happens next.

this is what SLAF is expecting from LTTE.
retaliation..
but sorry to say that 'Tins' wont be in action when lions are out in large and waiting for the pray.
When lions go under for resting with arrack in their barracks when Tins will up and go.
By the time they out from the influence of the arrack 'night', well needed news will be on the wires to fire the GoSL.

Yes, all of Singapore's success is solely because of the 150,000 Tamil inhabitants. After a few centuries, Tamil Eelam will be justified cause in Singapore.

Economic success is achieved in an environment of peace, racial harmony and political stability. Idealogies that can never be grasped by insecure Sinhalese racists.

Lee Kuan Yew's autobiography

Lee Kuan Yew: the Man and His Ideas is the title of a book published in Singapore in 1998. Written by three Straits Times journalists Han Fook Kwang Warren Fernandez and Sumiko Tan, the book carries fresh interviews with Lee Kuan Yew on the events that shaped his life and the way he governed Singapore.

'We have got to live with the consequences of our actions and we are responsible for our own people and we take the right decisions for them. You look at the old Philippines. The old Ceylon. The old East Pakistan and several others. I have been to these countries and places. When 1 went to Colombo for the first time in 1956 it was a better city than Singapore because Singapore had three and a half years of Japanese occupation and Colombo was the centre or HQ of Mountbatten's Southeast Asia command.

And they had sterling reserves. They had two Universities. Before the war, a thick layer of educated talent So if you believe what American liberals or British liberals used to say, then it ought to have flourished. But it didn't.

One-man one-vote led to the domination of the Sinhalese majority over the minority Tamils who were the active and intelligent fellows who worked hard and got themselves penalised. And English was out. They were educated in English. Sinhalese was in. They got quotas in two universities and now they have become fanatical Tigers. And the country will never be put together again.

Somebody should have told them - change the system, loosen up, or break off. And looking back, I think the Tunku was wise. (The reference is to Tunku Abdul Rahman the Malaysian Prime Minister under whose rule Singapore separated from Malaysia). I offered a loosening up of the system. He said: 'Clean cut, go your way'. Had we stayed in, and I look at Colombo and Ceylon, I mean changing names, sometimes maybe you deceive the gods, but I don't think you are deceiving the people who live in them. !t makes no great difference to the tragedy that is being enacted. They failed because they had weak or wrong leaders

Jackliger I had this response for you earlier, but then poor Mr. Brown's servers decided to strike like the JVP and I got busy, have to work two jobs to earn the welfare checque for AnuD as well (thanks Pandaravanian) but here it is now...

It's just that some of 'you' have a funny way of 'asking'.

Liger old boy, some of our Tamil old fools behaved like perfect gentlemen and did all that political song and dance for decades, all they got were beatings and death, if they were lucky they got a meanigless piece of paper out of some Sinhala politician, who then promptly tore it up, lest they get shot by some saffron clad nazi BINO (Buddhist In Name Only).

So giving that a try and having our people beaten and killed, and our lands slowly taken over by force didn't work out too well. Now the sorry state has to deal with VP, someone who speaks the same language, and does so quite well.

So now we can all bleed together. Its like that stupid saying 'eye for an eye makes the whole world go blind', well whichever idiot coined it, didn't stop to think, that if it had only been one guy losing his eyes, then only the idiot with the missing eye would be blind and the other could continue to do as they pleased with him, this way we are back to equal footing!

Give us equal rights or we go down together, fun right ;)

Only in Sorry Lanka can one party put forward a proposal while the ruling party tries to bomb the same people it is trying to make peace with.
Has anything like this ever happened anywhere in the world at anytime in history?

Sorry Lanka thinks it can crush the LTTE.........
The GoSL is trying to do something that every previous President has done and failed but surprisingly the People of Silly Lanka still have not lreant their lesson.

The economy of Sorry Lanka is slowly but surely sliding down the tube, the GoSL knows it but chooses to hide this fact from the people for fear of their reaction so they project a picture of a rose economy which can even afford to buy Supersonic MIG 29 jet fighters which ,by the way none of the SLAF pilots can fly, and have to employ foreign pilots to fly for them for a undisclosed salary, which I suspect would be even higher than what the Air marshal earns in a year.

MIG29 to attack TAF's Tin Cans so to speak? Don't you think it is carrying it a bit too far?
NO. It is a well planned plan to make a lot of money for the President and his brother who is also the Military Strategist who until recently operated a gas station in the US and who are now multi millionaires . What they have now is still not enough , they want even more so what do they do?
Get the LTTE to bomb the MIGs that were bought way over the market price and with maintenance costs even higher than the planes themselves.
After the Planes were destroyed as planned both the brothers go about ordering even more expensive planes. How did they plan to pay for it?
With Int. AID of course. But the IC who were see how these clowns were squandering their money decided to stop all AID to SL. This will pull SL even deeper into the economic melt down but Mahinder must not let the People of SL know the truth, so he decides to bomb something in the LTTE area and claim it to be a Major training facility of the LTTE. It sounds very impressive but in actual fact all that fire power produced a lot of smoke but the damages to huts and training grounds is hardly mentionable .

So the charade goes on and the PoSL are taken for a free ride curtsy of Mahinder and Co.

Nadesan is old and very tired on the bed.

So, he did not come to the training ground early in the morning.

So, He was saved and thanked his sinhala wife saving his life.

If this BOMBING was so EFFECTIVE, there should be a time when the SLA should be able to just march right into LTTE controlled areas, and wipe out any resistance in the blink of an eye. However, this TIME has not come even ONCE during the past 26 odd years the war has gone. On the contrary, the LTTE has given HELL to the Army even in areas that the Army has easily held on to, such as Jaffna proper. Goes to show you that this bombing is largely INEFFECTIVE. Just propaganda to keep the unassuming masses occupied while MR and his wife enjoy their lavish overseas outings.
