| Chilcott appears to be really stupid. Why the heck should Govt fight Karuna faction who is fighting LTTE? Why should govt help a ruthless terrorist organization? LTTE split is their internal issue. |

When the SL government is going around in Europe with begging bowl the Sri Lankan poverty is their business. LOL
The Sri Lankan problem was the British business, when the Sinhala Sri Lankan Government begged the British to ban the LTTE and to give money and arms to defeat the Tamils. But, when they started to question the Sinhala atrocities against the Tamil minority and when they started talk about human rights abuses, then the Sinhalese like 'Saint' are crying foul. Funny eh!
Why are the Sinhalese so hypocrites? The Tamils have produced leaders who are acceptable to all Sri Lankans, but the Sinhalese could never produce one leader who is not a racist and speak on behalf of Tamils and they don't like even a foreigner talking about the plight of Tamils. The Tamils are trying to get away from this Sinhala racism,. Can you blame them?

How shameless can any govt. be?
When you went to every known country crying about the LTTE's action and begging bowl in hand, the GoSL made it their business.
You asked them BAN the LTTE.
You asked them to make the LTTE a terrorist group.
You asked for money to defeat the terrorism you created.
You asked for AID in every way possible.
They gave you what you asked but everything has a price.
In this case SL gave up its dignity and self worth.
Now you cannot say no to the countries you begged from.
Now you listen to what they say.
LTTE dose not have that problem.
It never asked for any help from anyone.
No one can tell the LTTE what to do.
There is a lot of differance between LTTE and the GoSL.
GoSL must listen to their Masters.
If you don't ............there is a price to pay for that too.

This is quite right.. Chilcott only needs to comment when he sees somebody at his doorstep with... yes, you guessed it right.. a begging bowl.!
