Be alert, vigilant and diligent.
Just 60 yeras ago, these Brit monsters were keeping our parents/grand parents under their boots. Old tendencies die hard.
Brit must, at least symbolically, compensate for the ignominious colonial crimes.
For example, all the upcountry tea estate workers(brought here by the Brits) must be given the Brit citizenship with a 500,000£ resettlement allowance for each person.

There is a huge difference between students and lectures!!
when your a Uni student you can have different views..some Tamils students will support LTTE but they are not Terrorists..like some Sinhala students will be against the Govt. or support JVP..
Pera is a lecturer and just imagine what he must be doing on his free time, he must be surely targeting Tamils students and when your a racist you go a step further..u might even inform the higher authority about it..
That is unacceptable behavior for a lecturer..U treat all your student equally and as a lecture you don't judge on ethnic background..
It is Sad but as i said TRUE that Pera choose call Tamils uneducated etc..and justifies his post by bringing the VC..
In my opinion you should be removed from your post or given lectures on Human behavior. |

I like that..u should have said this before MR did a quickie to meet Blair in UK with a BIG Begging Bowl..not only he came back with an Empty bowl he also told UK and the IC they can do without their Aids..(Sour Grapes)
U should have advised before he left sri lanka so that he could have been more alert..more vigilant and diligent...!
why do people always have something to say when they are denied..may be human behaviour...lolz |

Thank you and it is nice of you to have got in to say hello..but don't waste your time on Pera..to be frank his comments on LTTE is fine with me cos that is why we are here for..have a decent but hard and strong discussion..but no sooner he call tamils uneducated in jaffna and live with a cloth around them etc..he crosses his line..I felt he was a racist and i did say it without hiding it..!!it is my opinion.. |

Sometimes back Nalin De Pissa ( Silva) Was at Colombo uni
as dean i think. He was associated with another chintanaya
'Jathika chintanya'. He wanted lectures should be conducted only in sinhala.
They got rid of him.
Funny thing is he beleives the sinhala race is Aryan,. But he him self is dark.
