COLOMBO (AFP) - Sri Lanka's failure to share power with minority Tamils and put an end to extra-judicial killings have raised prospects of more aid cuts to the embattled island, officials and diplomats say.
Japan, Sri Lanka's largest single aid donor, was also planning to meet with international activists who are demanding the linking of aid to the island's human rights record, a diplomat, who declined to be named, said.

India sent IPKF to help Tamil people in war zone area.
Rajive was killed for this reason.
Now it seems no one is dear to take any help to Sri Lanka. Is India is frighten of any one?
World nations are coexisting.
One nation can not survive without the other nations.
Modern world is different to the primitive world. All nations are knitted together.
Modern man has more challenges to servive on planet earth than yesterday?s man.
Unless all men come together to counter the world challenges, survival of man on earth is going to be for a limited time.
It is time to give up differences and come together.
Forgive and forget is the tool for coming together. Even terror group should forget and forgive for a better future for Sinhalese and Tamil people in Sri Lanka.
There should be some begging for this.
Should not hate one another.
Though Sri Lanka is a small nation in Indian neighborhood, Sri Lanka is a very valuable neighbor to India.
Will India regret one day for not helping Sri Lanka at this time?

Are you sure that others don't know the things you wrote?
Everyone knows but few have the privileges to make the things different for others, and they don't give a damn about anything other than their own good, just try to get the picture, I don't think that you don't understand but hey who knows maybe you are really thinking that we don't know the things you know of.
There are leaders like 'Arafat' in Sri Lanka too, and they are prisoners of their own ideology, you saw the samething with 'balasinham'.
There are few ways to end this madness,
a) One is to fight out this war till one side holds on to a final decisive victory,
b) Sit and talk, which is under the current circumstances is not even in the horizon
c) Give the damn thing up, both sides, and this is not a reality.
With the current ltte leadership, talking peace will be not only a political suicide but also treason.
To forgive and ask for forgiveness there will be a time, to my deepest sadness this is not the time.
