Sri Lankan govt will never admit its complexities with crimes or human rights violations.

Every day HRC publishes the list of names of the victims kidnapped by SLA/paramilitaries but the dumb President told the US Asst Secretary of State that all these allegations of human rights violations come from abroad and not from within the country.

Unless the IC wake up to the reality of State terrorism in SL this will go on unabated. The SLA soldiers and paras who are involved in abductions and extra judicial killings are rewarded by this govt.

While I fully subscribe to your last para, would like to comment on the others. We are all Sri lankans and you yourself is bringing this South North Uni story.

Once before too I had clarified some of your unjustified claims about what happened in Jaffna University. I personally know poet and he does not know me. I have been a staff myself.

I studied in jaffna campus in 1975-77 and I know the education standard of the university. At least we did not have a professor with a Ph. D. during our first 3 semester.


What you are saying is not true. I can give names of Professors or Snr. lecturers who had Ph.D.'s. However, Ph.D. alone does not make a good Professor. If you saying about a particular department then be specific. Well known Dr.Indrapala was at the Campus. Prof. Gunaratnam was a Ph.D. Dr. Balan Selliah was a Ph.D. from Stanford. I can go on.

I guess you were doing Maths & Statistics. Dean Science Prof. Kangasabapathy had a M.Sc. from Cambridge and he was one of the best Maths Professors Sri Lanka had produced.

Please stop saying things without justificaton.

Hello everybody,
The Tiger is very innocent like a cat.

When i read the reports in this blog i feel like that.
These reports are good for the people who are not living on this land.

These reports can misleed the foreighners. This is what the LTTE want to do to keep on doing there business.Terrorist leaders have to collect money for there living. They collect money by all these created stories.
