Finally, you need to realise that the google images must have been taken some time back (and are not realtime feed). Possibly around the time that Iranamadu was being constructed (see construction vehicles(?) around the runaway). So the roads that exist then may not exist now. There certainly were no roads on the defence.lk footage.
OOA, take a look again at the screen capture I have from the MOD video, the same road is still there.
As for the pond/bog, I am pretty sure that is the same one, exact shape along with the road going around it.
Also note you say iranamadu runway (which may be a decoy for all purposes) is 5Km away, but the settlements and homes are less than 1Km away from this site, so by the same logic does it not then seem more likely it was a civilian fuel storage?
Do you realy think the LTTE is going to hide valuable fuel in standard storage tanks above ground? I think not.
As for the age of the Google photo, yes I know they are fairly old.
Rather OT, there is also a sprawling building (compared to the small village houses scattered around the area) just East (about 0.5 kms) of the the 'attacked' facility. This kind of looks out of place.
Again that is right out in the open sure it is some civilian establishment, besides it was not bombed. The MOD video clearly shows ONLY three fuel tanks no base, no other buildings, so that alone makes their claims of a 'base' being hit suspect.

Last raid was about a week ago and even with the vesak holidays the stock market is still falling.
US dollar is shooting up.
Tourist industry on the short term and mid term is in a mess for sure time would say what the long term would look like.
So IC don't have to shout. Very soon SL will have to scream and cry.
