Now you can retaliate and hit civilian targets

What I am trying to say is everything has consequences. So you have finally got the message. So I am not that bad a communicator: am I?

Can somebody enlighten this guy. Please

So you agree that you are not capable of doing it nor can you defend your point.

Its OK no hard feelings. Lets call it even leave it there.

Soldiers of the Sri Lanka Army (SLA) and police personnel evacuated all employees of the Colombo Municipal Council (CMC), and conducted an extensive search of the premises after they received a tip off from an unidentified source that a bomb is about to detonate within the offices, sources in Colombo said.
Roads leading to the CMC office and its surroundings were temporarily closed for traffic and civilian movements till the search operation was over.

War will bring destructions to both the sides.
Tit for tat will not resolve the problem.
War will not bring good to any one.
No one will win a war like this.
War went on for nearly a quarter century.
Who could stop this?
Did any one felt that war went on for quarter century?
Can any one estimate how long this is going to be?
This is a new political theory in the world.
It is not communism or capitalism but terrorism.
Through this political theory of terrorism, one part of country was controlled by a terror group for nearly a quarter century.
When Rajive Gandhi tried to stop it, he was killed.
Who can come forward now?

War is a destruction to the nation.
Victory in war is peace.
Try to negotiate peace and forgive and forget the past.
Start a new era for Sri Lanka.
If this problem started with the language problem, give attention for their cry and try to negotiate it.
It is beautiful if you can make the enemy your friend and live with harmony.
If you try you will succeed.

War will destroy lives. Peace will give life to people.

May 7 (AFP) Sri Lanka was ready to negotiate a fresh ceasefire with Tamil Tiger rebels as the Norwegian-brokered truce had virtually collapsed. Defence ministry spokesman Keheliya Rambukwella said the ceasefire arranged and put in place by Norway from February 2002 had been violated more than 10,000 times and was virtually dead. 'There is no point in beating round the bush,' Rambukwella told reporters when asked if the government accepted that the truce agreement was still on place. more..

May 7 (HT) The LTTE's air raid on the Muthurajawela (Kerawalapitiya) LPG storage facility of Shell Gas on April 29, had led to the facility's closure, though it was said after the raid that the damage was negligible. Shell's spokesperson said in Colombo on Monday, that the fire fighting system of the plant was damaged and that in the absence of such a system the storage facility had to be shut down
