Guys can anyone identify the uniforms of the two dead goons captured in todays failed SLA offensive? Have never seen them before. but with the longer hair I think they are special forces?

The Sethusamudram project issue rocked both Houses of Parliament today with an aggressive BJP accusing the government of attempting to destroy evidence of the existence of ancient 'Ram Setu'(bridge) linking India and Sri Lanka
Opposition leader J. Jayalalithaa has sought the intervention of President A. P. J. Kalam and Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in stopping the demolition of the Ramar Sethu while executing the Sethusamudram Ship Canal Project.
In a statement in Chennai on Wednesday, the former chief minister said further damage to the ancient Ramar bridge should be stopped and warned the AIADMK would take legal measures to halt the destruction to the bridge, if no action was taken by the government to immediately to stop the work. The opposition leader alleged that Union Shipping and Surface Transport Minister T. R. Baalu was attempting to destroy evidence pertaining to the existence of Ramar Sethu or Adams Bridge in the Palk Straits.
Ms Jayalalithaa said NASA's satellite pictures had corroborated the existence of Rama Bridge mentioned in Ramayanam and it had also said this bridge was 17,50,000 years old. 'Britishers called it the Adams bridge and the fact that the bridge existed was found in the survey department records prepared during the British rule. It is the duty of all of us to protect this ancient heritage symbol and pass it on to future generations, ' Ms Jayalalithaa said

Please dont lie woman.Tamils didnt even exist in Thamilnadu 1,70,0000 ago.Can you name any tamil king in SL who lived here 2500years ago.Tamils came here as invaders from thamilnadu few hundreds years ago as thamilnadu populations was jammpacked.But they used to live in North barren lands as they couldnt move to south as there was native sinhala population was living in south.They chased away sinhala natives from North & occupied our north land.There were hardly any tamils in south before arrival of protugrese in 1505.But very meagre tamil population lived in north as invaders.
Most tamils who lived in NE came to SL during British Rule.If we didnt live under British ,SL tamil population could be negligible as our kings were always chasing out tamil invaders back to thamilnadu.
Today Mahinda is also chasing out tamil invaders with the help of VP.

Get your facts straight NIRUPAM, you are embarassing yourself.
Modern humans only started showing up 200,000 years ago in Central Africa. The ancestors of all non-Africans had migrated from Africa only 100,000 years ago. If the Tamil race is 1,750,000 years old, then according to you Tamils are probably Homo Erectus, not Homo Sapien. I.e. according to your theory Tamils are sub-human, not modern Homo Sapiens. |

Tamils came here as invaders from thamilnadu few hundreds years ago Child, you are confusing the Tamil workers who bled and sweated to build the economy of this island only to be disenfranchised by extremist PM DS Senanayake.
Even your fiction Mahavamsa which was written in the 7th/8th century AD says that King Mahasena demolished shrines of Devas at Gokarna(Thirukoneswaram), Erakavillaand in the vilage of Brahmin Kalanthain Batticaloa and Ampara respectively. Brami inscriptions and coins dating back 2nd century BC the evidence od Saivaite religion.
If you want evidence there is plenty I can give you, but, the extremists are not known to listen to reasons or evidences.
That is one of the reasobn why this country stands alone in persecuting and destroying the minorities while other countries (India, Malaysia, Singapore etc)found solutions to the wthnic problems within few years of independence. |
