If LTTE gets rid of Palalai, then they can develop it into their main Air Base.... Then, LTTE will be able to assemble fighter jets and fly them out of Palalai....
even if the LTTE capture Palali air base and develop it into their main air base do you think that the GOSL would just wait until the LTTE develop fighter jets? It is not possible it is indeed a day dream for the LTTE and the LTTE supporters. Don?t think that just because the LTTE carried out a couple of bombing raids that the LTTE will destroy or decimate entire Sri Lanka. Also if you think that there is a considerable damage to Sri Lanka by these bombing raids that is wrong. The 40% damage to the SLAF and other damages they are all made up stories of pro LTTE websites. You knew if there was a 40% damage for the SLAF aircraft or not by the bombing raids and sorties carried out by the SLAF. |

Look, if TAF is capable of helping LTTE to get Palalai, Jaffna will fall... once Jaffna falls, GOSL will face enormous international pressure to stop any action to take it over... Once LTTE gets Jaffna, they can claim to be a state...
All this can happen in one dark night...! and the next day morning Eelam will become a reality! |

Anyway,
It seems to be that it is MR who has faced into a biggest problem today.
MR is not in a position to give up the WAR and go to the negotiation table, since he and his govt was preaching the success of the WAR into the mind of majority of Sri lankans.
AND
If MR continues with the war as per the today's situation, definitely it will destroy the country in all the way.
but I dont think the state politicians will think and react according a countrie's benefit but for their own wealth and power. MR and his govt will finish the country little by little, and everybody may need to pay for it. |
