I'm pretty sure it turned into a dragon as it fell into the sea.
No wonder the civilians saw just the smoke, as the fire coming from the dragons mouth is hard to see from that far. |

LTTE may have learnt this worm from SLAF since they were using it during last few days..!!
LTTE had air defences around Iranamadu for years, recall during CFA times one of your helicopters triggered a response (it was returning after dropping off Thamilchelvan in Kilinochi).
They just may have not been turning them on to avoid having the targeted until necessary. |

Also, I have read in some articles that, when K-firs start its Jets, it creates a huge sound as an explosion. this has happened in many countries and people have got frightened it as a bomb or flight explosion.
LTTE may have experienced the same thing.
Poor LTTE may not know these. |
