For example, If ltte captured a israli pilot, I do not think LTTE would reveal it. It may lead to some other unwanted problem for LTTE.

It would be a very wise thing to stay at ground level and inside houses if the guns start up again.
Snake even the houses were not so safe, I was reading some of the injury reports and some of them got hit in their homes too. One man got hit in the chest and fainted inside his home, I assume there were others present to get him to help!
The returning bullets are still travelling fast enough to penetrate light roofs and of course people. |

| Kandyman - agree with your sentiments however am also of the view that the LTTE are equally as racist and nefarious as the current govt. The sad thing is that their foolish supporters on both sides are blind to all their failings and incompetence. |

Don't get me wrong, I hate the LTTE. I admire the hard wokring Tamils. This bunch of LTTE goons have hijacked the poor innocent Tamils and they have brainwashed them to think that the LTTE is the way to their survival. LTTE is their saviour.
I was there in Colombo in July 1983 and I saw first hand the devastation and the carnage that was caused in Wellawate,Kollupitiya, Borella and the out skirts of Colombo. I gave shelter to many Tamils families down Deans Road, Deal place and Walukarama Road in the Duplication Road area when the Rich Tamils were sheltered by Premadasa in the Orboroi. If I didn't act like the street urchin and a rowdy on that day I would have been toast too by my own Sinhalese drunks who went berserk.
So, I know what I am talking. This is first hand experience. My intention is not to paint all Sinhalese as out of control group who are waiting to see another July ?83. I am saying that this is what will happen if Colombo is attacked. May be this is what LTTE wants. |

Is there anything new or is that the same pic of a small building beside a huge tank burning? Anyway thats in Muthurajawela where there was no refinery.
Any news about what happend in Kolonnawa?
